Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented mechanical engineering student to join our team as an intern. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects related to mechanical manufacturing technologies and contribute to the development of new products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct process investigations, such as those related to injection or stemming processes in the area of direct gasoline injection or new brake systems.
  • Develop and implement experimental plans, conduct experiments, and analyze results statistically. Create a report on the results of the experiment.
  • Participate in a team to inspect, label, and measure test parts and learn how to handle them carefully.
  • Learn about the influencing factors in our processes and support us by drawing with CAD or making hand sketches for the production of test tools.
  • Work closely with our workshop, development, production, and mold and toolmaking departments and learn how we coordinate with the SE team.
  • Support us in developing new, market-unavailable manufacturing technologies or optimizing them and help us secure our competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Education: Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Werkstofftechnik, Mechatronik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit dem Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau
  • Experience and Knowledge: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Personality and Work Style: selbstständig, flexibel, eigeninitiativ und zielorientiert
  • Languages: sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Start: nach Absprache
Dauer: 6 Monate
