Salesforce Solutions Architect

- Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop custom applications and integrations on the Salesforce platform, leveraging Apex and other technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that solutions meet their needs.
- Mentor and coach team members to help them develop their skills and ensure code quality and best practices are maintained across the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technology and trends to drive innovation and improvement.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development using Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST API.
- Proficiency in building Lightning Web Components and working with JavaScript to create and customize visual interfaces in Salesforce.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the tech team, product team, and business stakeholders in English.
- Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus.
- Experience in tools such as IntelliJ, Git, Data Loader, and Workbench is a plus.
