Are you looking for a challenging role in a dynamic company? We are seeking an experienced commercial assistant to join our team at GULP – experts united in Kiel. As a commercial assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and contributing to the success of our client, thyssenkrupp Marine Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of projects and tasks
  • Manage and maintain data collections and databases
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training (e.g. office communications clerk)
  • Several years of professional experience in the assistant/secretarial field
  • Experience with MS Office programs and SAP R/3
  • Good written and spoken English and/or another foreign language
  • Organizational talent and assertiveness
  • Strong contact and communication skills
  • High degree of initiative and flexibility
  • Ability to work in a team and reliability
  • Discretion and a sense of responsibility
