Munich Re is seeking a highly skilled and experienced rewards professional to join our Global Rewards & People Analytics Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our reward strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support global and group-wide reward projects, managing multiple concurrent workflows and prioritizing tasks
  • Implement reward-analytics capabilities by gathering data, analyzing information, and presenting insights in presentations and dashboards
  • Support compliance reviews by verifying adherence to regulatory remuneration regulations, global HR policies, and HR guidelines
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks on short notice by gathering information across the organization
  • Collaborate with colleagues across regions, time zones, businesses, and organizational set-ups
  • Review developments in the rewards field by analyzing market trends, new regulations, and research
Requirements
  • Several years' experience in rewards within a multinational company or consulting firm
  • Experience in international and cross-regional reward processes across core activities of rewards
  • Excellent command of English
  • Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Above-average dedication, accuracy, and reliability
  • Confident manner, persuasiveness, and skill in working with diverse stakeholders
  • Studies in business management, economics, or law
