Job Title: Technical Marketing Engineer for Electronics Test Instrument Product

Location: Germany, Munich

The Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Marketing Engineer to develop and execute marketing plans that increase market share, improve brand awareness, and drive revenue growth for our test instrument products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Create marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and websites, to showcase product features and benefits.
  • Support sales efforts by providing product training and sales support.
  • Provide technical support to customers, both pre- and post-sales.
  • Attend industry events to network, learn about industry trends, and promote products.
  • Analyze and report on marketing activities to ensure ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background in electronics engineering, including knowledge of electronic circuits, digital systems, and test and measurement equipment.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, including market research, product positioning, pricing strategies, and sales and distribution channels.
  • Experience in sales or working closely with sales teams to develop marketing plans and strategies.
  • Good understanding of the Electronics Test Instrument Industry, including the latest trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Electronics Test Instrument Industry, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in the local language.
