Job Description:
The Document Management Specialist will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with great team players from configuration management and the satellite project team
- Managing documents and data across various projects and teams
- Developing and implementing efficient documentation processes
- Providing training and support to colleagues on documentation best practices
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have:
- At least 2 years' experience in documentation management
- Strong knowledge of PDM systems (e.g., PTC-Windchill) and information systems (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and Google Apps
