About the Role

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a highly skilled Senior Automotive Designer to join our design team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our vehicle lineup.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Lead and manage design projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and project goals.
  • Concept Development: Create innovative and forward-thinking design concepts for both interior and exterior vehicle components.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product planning, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and integration.
  • Execution: Develop detailed design specifications and CAD models for production.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automotive Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Alias, CATIA, Rhino, Photoshop, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of innovative automotive designs and successful projects.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
