Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and visionary Senior Luxury Automotive Design Lead to lead our design projects from research and concept phase to production. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and leading design concepts that resonate in both global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Leadership: Develop and lead innovative design concepts, steering projects from ideation to production.
  • Strategic Innovation: Develop new product applications, themes, and strategies that set our luxury vehicles apart in the global market.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal design teams and external vendors to deliver comprehensive design solutions.
  • Market Insight: Conduct market and competitor analysis to ensure that our designs lead in both global and regional markets.
  • Presentations: Contribute to high-level design presentations with strong creative input and strategic vision.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Deep experience in luxury automotive design with at least one car production cycle, ideally with prestigious brands.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop design ideas that are both visionary and strategic, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Digital Proficiency: Expertise in using design software (3D CAD, 2D illustration) and strong visual communication skills.
  • Material Mastery: Experience in material development, including textiles, leather, and exterior finishes, with a deep understanding of color tuning.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders.
