Aufgaben
- Unterstützung des Solution Sales Teams
- Kundenbetreuung zu Lösungen der Themen Audio, Video, Communication und Collaboration
- Zusammenarbeit mit CANCOM Abteilungen wie Sales und Professional Service Organisation
- Agieren im IT-Channel Modell (Hersteller und Distributoren)
- Selbstständige Annahme, Erfassung und Abwicklung inhaltlich vielseitiger Anfragen
- Verarbeitung der Kundenvorgänge im ERP und CRM
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kosten- und Preiskalkulationen
- Zu- und Mitarbeit bei der Projektumsetzung
