Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Technical Sales professional to join our team at ITW Reagents. As a Process Technical Sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the pharmaceutical and laboratory markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the pharmaceutical and laboratory markets.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct market analysis and gather intelligence to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide training to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure they are equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Business Planning and Reporting: Develop and maintain business plans and reports to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, biochemistry, or biology.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and laboratory markets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software.
