About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at understandAI GmbH. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent, improving our employer brand, and scaling our HR practices and processes as we grow as an organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all HR lifecycle processes, from recruitment to operations, to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
  • Serve as the go-to person for all HR-related questions from the team, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Coordinate and document annual and ad-hoc performance reviews, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
  • Develop and implement employee appreciation and recognition initiatives to inspire and motivate our workforce.
  • Coordinate and execute operational tasks within HR, including payroll, legal support, and HR-IT.
  • Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our HR business and strategy.
  • Support Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Office initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, coordinators, and other team members to build creative strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.

  • Experience in German labor law is a plus.
