Ihre Aufgaben

Als HR Business Partner bei Media Applications SE sind Sie der erste Ansprechpartner für alle Personalangelegenheiten und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen in Ihrem Betreuungsbereich. Sie fungieren als Trusted Advisor und kümmeren sich um die Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeitenden und des Leadership Teams.

  • Sie verstehen die Business Strategie und die Challenges Ihres Departments und können gemeinsam mit den HR-Kolleg*innen und dem Head of HR die Personalstrategie und die HR-Prioritäten für Ihren Bereich ableiten.
  • Sie implementieren HR-Konzepte und HR Best Practices im Einklang mit den Business Zielen und optimieren Prozesse.
  • Sie arbeiten an Key HR-Initiativen wie Benefits oder Talentmanagement und bringen Ihre Erfahrung und Ideen bei spannenden Projekten wie der Neugestaltung der Jobarchitektur oder der Implementierung eines neuen Employee Dialog Formats aktiv ein.
  • Sie coachen Führungskräfte und unterstützen bei Transformation und Change.

Wir suchen nach einer Personaler*in, die aus Leidenschaft arbeitet und gerne Ownership für ihre Projekte übernimmt. Sie sollten zielorientiert und mit Begeisterung arbeiten und auf Augenhöhe mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden kommunizieren. Als Teamplayer erarbeiten Sie gerne kooperativ Lösungen.

Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer generalistisch geprägten HR-Rolle und haben Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Management.
  • Sie verfügen idealerweise über ein betriebswirtschaftliches oder psychologisches Studium oder haben eine vergleichbare Ausbildung absolviert.
  • Sie sind sowohl in Englisch als auch in Deutsch kommunikationsstark und können mit Ihrer Empathie und Ihrem Pragmatismus andere begeistern und überzeugen.
  • Sie kennen sich im Arbeitsrecht aus und haben erfolgreich bei unterschiedlichen HR-Projekten mitgewirkt und verfügen über starke analytische Fähigkeiten und den nötigen Business Sense.
