Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Accounts Receivable and Treasury to join our team at Tatenwerk Frankfurt GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 professionals and overseeing the management of our company's treasury and accounts receivable functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of 5 professionals to achieve financial goals and objectives
  • Oversee the management of treasury and accounts receivable functions, including cash and liquidity management, bank relationships, and account management
  • Collaborate with the mother company to ensure alignment and coordination of financial activities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Participate in the development and implementation of financial projects and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Completed degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in treasury and accounts receivable management, preferably in an international company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, such as SAP R3
