Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operations Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Zentrale, der sich auf die Ambulante Pflege spezialisiert hat. Als wichtiger Teil unseres Teams werden Sie verantwortlich sein für die Planung, Steuerung, Kontrolle und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Geschäftsabläufen in unserem Unternehmen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Prozessen und Geschäftsabläufen
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere PDLs in den ambulanten Diensten
  • Sicherstellung wirtschaftlicher Betriebsführung durch effizientes Personalmanagement, Mitwirkung beim Recruiting und aktives Marketing/Kundenakquise
  • Mitwirkung bei Sonderprojekten, z.B. bei Verhandlungen für Vergütungsvereinbarungen
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Ambulanten Pflege (Tourendienst) mit PDL-Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Pflege, wie z.B. Studiengang "Pflege und Gesundheitsmanagement", wünschenswert
  • Fundierte und qualifizierte Kenntnisse der Organisation der Ambulanten Pflege
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse einer Anwendersoftware für die Ambulante Pflege (z.B.: MediFox, SNAP etc.) sowie Microsoft 365
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Entscheidungsfreude, lösungsorientiertes Denken und wertschätzende Führung
