Digital Product Design Lead for European Expansion

About the role:

As part of our team's efforts to expand further into Europe, we are seeking a seasoned Digital Product Design Lead to spearhead design projects across our entire product lifecycle. This role will set the vision for user experience and create a collaborative environment for others to thrive.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver top-class user experiences on various digital platforms and applications, ensuring they are engaging, useful, and solution-oriented
  • Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, perform user testing, and analyze usability findings to tailor designs to meet user needs
  • Develop and prototype design solutions to communicate ideas and concepts, as well as test them with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processes
  • Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders to ensure close collaboration, discussing different options, next steps, and developing the design strategy together

About you:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience designing at SaaS or consumer-focused tech or media companies
  • Familiarity with the latest design tools (Sketch, Figma, Framer, Invision, etc.), as well as older ones (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
  • A focus on pixel perfection, delivering remarkable products on time and on budget
  • Great communication skills to establish frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts
  • A people-focused design mentality, whether through hands-on user research or designing options for A/B tests
  • Fluent English skills are essential
