**Job Title:** Cloud Solutions Architect
At Optimus Search, we are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer who specializes in Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to design, implement, and maintain cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of container orchestration, automated infrastructure provisioning, and cloud-native application deployment.
**Responsibilities:
- Kubernetes Cluster Management: Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments (e.g., development, staging, production).
- Infrastructure Provisioning: Develop and maintain automated infrastructure provisioning pipelines using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar).
- CI/CD Automation: Integrate Kubernetes deployments with CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Cloud Environment Management: Provision and manage cloud resources (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) with a focus on scalability, availability, and security.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor Kubernetes clusters, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement strategies for high availability, disaster recovery, and auto-scaling.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Work closely with development teams to containerize applications, design microservices architectures, and orchestrate services using Kubernetes.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure best practices for cloud security and compliance, including access control, secrets management, and network security for Kubernetes workloads.
**Qualifications:**
- Certification in Kubernetes (e.g., CKA, CKAD) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with service meshes (e.g., Istio) or other advanced Kubernetes components.
- Familiarity with network policies, persistent storage, and secrets management in Kubernetes.
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
- Background in Agile development and collaborative team environments.
