Deine Aufgaben
  • Erfassung, Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Debitoren- und Kreditorenrechnungen
  • Überwachung offener Posten und Vorbereitung des Zahlungslaufs
  • Vorbereitende Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Durchführung des telefonischen und schriftlichen Mahnwesens
  • Bereitstellung von entscheidungsrelevanten Informationen (Zahlen, Berichte, Analysen) für die Geschäftsführung
  • Erstellung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports zur Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Durchführung allgemeiner Verwaltungs- und Bürotätigkeiten
Dein Profil
  • Du bringst ein starkes Zahlenverständnis mit, das auf praktischen Erfahrungen und einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung basiert, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Deine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie deine Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Kenntnisse in DATEV Unternehmen Online sind von Vorteil, ebenso wie sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel oder MS BI-Tools
