We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Market Manager at HELLWEG Die Profi-Bau- & Gartenmärkte.

About Us:

HELLWEG Die Profi-Bau- & Gartenmärkte is a large, medium-sized retail company owned by a family. We have been awarded multiple times as the "best hardware store for excellent customer service". Our company is based in Dortmund and operates 95 HELLWEG Profi Bau- and Garden Markets in Germany and Austria, as well as 53 BayWa Bau- and Garden Markets in Southern Germany and 7 Gartencenter Augsburg in NRW. We employ over 6,000 employees, of which 10% are trainees. Our core values are: Personal, Honest, and Performance-oriented.

About the Role:

  • You will represent our company and ensure excellent customer service.
  • You will actively engage with customers to provide expert advice and support.
  • You will work closely with our team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the market, including inventory management and customer service.
  • You will analyze and interpret business data to inform your decisions and drive business growth.
  • You will be a key member of our market leadership team, working closely with the Market Leader to develop and implement business strategies.

Requirements:

  • You have a strong background in customer service and sales.
  • You have a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are a team player with a strong work ethic.
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
