Denns BioMarkt GmbH is a successful and expanding retail company specializing in organic food and natural cosmetics. As a subsidiary of dennree GmbH, we operate over 300 organic supermarkets with attached organic bakery shops and bistros in Germany and Austria.

Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Assistant Store Manager at our location in the Greater Dortmund area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
  • Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stockroom operations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in retail management or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken)
