About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager / Site Manager to join our team at S&V Bau. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all personnel.
  • Resource Planning: Plan and manage resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure optimal project delivery.
  • Procurement: Manage the procurement of materials and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and records.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
About You:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or a Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
  • Language: Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
