Job Title: IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT project manager to lead our team at NetCom Sicherheitstechnik, a leading company in security systems and alarm management solutions. As an IT project manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing internal and external IT projects, as well as process design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and monitor internal and external IT projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Contribute to the development of our IT infrastructure and project management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with departments to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage work packages and ensure project goals are met, while maintaining open communication with project teams, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of our project management practices to ensure best-in-class delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a focus on security systems and alarm management.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies in complex IT environments, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Project Management Software.
  • Fluency in German.
