Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to lead and support our enterprise architecture activities focused on the design, development, implementation, and rollout of a diverse portfolio of Identity and Access Management solutions.

Key Accountabilities
  • Take the architectural and technological leadership role in the initiative to identify, design, architect, and implement a global Identity and Security Management platform.
  • Own the complete identity lifecycle for employees, architect the solutions to steer and control that lifecycle, and ensure all participating parties benefit from updated process landscapes.
  • Lead and contribute to solution architecture initiatives, ensuring that Identity services align with overarching business goals and objectives.
  • Continuously analyze and design the target Identity architecture landscape, considering business goals, strategies, and processes, as well as the business applications and technology landscape.
  • Develop a detailed medium and long-term roadmap for the evolution of the Identity enterprise solution portfolio, aligning with solution architecture guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and translate them into strategic IAM initiatives that support business capabilities and value streams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or IAM Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing complex, enterprise-grade network solutions and lifecycle management.
  • Good market overview of current IAM solutions (e.g., Okta or Sailpoint), quick learning capabilities to better understand all parties' needs, and how to implement those best.
  • Experience with Identity Provider (IdP) integration, proven proficiency in reading and understanding automation or interface code using e.g., Java, JavaScript, or XML.
  • Microsoft Azure certification or formal training and proven cloud network experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
