Energy Supply Project Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team at ENGIE. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical projects in the energy supply sector, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet the required quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure they are aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and coordinate with external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and customers, to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to ensure long-term business success.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the energy supply sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
