About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Center Project Lead to join our team at Ed. Züblin AG. As a key member of our data center business unit, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and ensuring goals are met in terms of safety, environment, cost, deadlines, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent process planning and execution of turnkey data centers
- Overall responsibility for managing complex projects, including leading project teams and managing planning and production processes
- Acting as the point of contact for clients and supporting our department in driving Züblin's success in industrial and structural construction projects
Requirements
- A degree in civil engineering, technical building services, or a related field, along with extensive professional experience in project management
- Experience in handling large-scale projects within the data center sector
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to structure processes with an agile working approach
- Strong English skills, both spoken and written; negotiation level
- Independent and systematic working style, along with negotiation skills and a strong sense of teamwork
What We Offer
You will support our department in ensuring Züblin's success not only in industrial and structural construction projects but also by creating its own brand within the data center sector. You will develop yourself and our data center business unit successfully towards creating infrastructure for future technology.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
