Join our team as a Working Student - Innovation Management

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic student to support our team in bringing new technologies and ideas into corporate practice. As a Working Student with a focus on innovation management and digital business models, you will be responsible for carrying out market analyses, accompanying workshops, supporting network development and start-ups, as well as entrepreneurial talents, and helping with the development of strategies and digital business models to get our research on the road.

What you will do with us

  • You will accompany our team in the development of new business models from the idea to the market and support the entire incubation process.
  • You will support the conception, implementation, and evaluation of market analyzes and surveys.
  • As part of a team, you will drive topics such as intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship, accompany workshops, and create presentations on new business models and ideas.
  • You will support the development and expansion of our network of start-ups, founding talents, and (potential) customers.

What we are looking for

  • You are studying business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable course of study related to economics.
  • You have initial experience in the areas of technology and innovation management, entrepreneurship, or business development.
  • You are enthusiastic about digitization, new technologies, and business models and motivated to shape the future with us.
  • You are characterized by very good analytical skills, creativity, great initiative, and the ability to work in a team, as well as your strong communication skills in both German and English.
