About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our team in bringing new technologies and ideas into corporate practice. As a Working Student with a focus on innovation management and digital business models, you will play a key role in driving our innovation strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of new business models from concept to market launch
  • Conduct market analyses and surveys to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with our team to drive topics such as intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship
  • Develop and expand our network of start-ups, founding talents, and potential customers

Requirements

  • Currently studying business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Initial experience in technology and innovation management, entrepreneurship, or business development
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
