Job Title: Night Shift Receptionist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Night Shift Receptionist to join our team at MEININGER Hotel Köln West. As a Night Shift Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their safety and comfort during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a host and create a memorable stay for our guests
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs, optimizing hotel occupancy
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide advice on local attractions and services
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks, including invoicing and quality checks
  • Regularly check the hotel during the night
  • Work in a team and assist with occasional tasks in the F&B area
  • Enjoy a diverse working environment and be flexible to work weekdays and weekends

Requirements:

  • First working experience in the hotel or HORECA industry
  • Outgoing personality and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • People person with a passion for helping others
  • Team player with a willingness to help colleagues and tackle challenges
  • Fluent German and English (min. solid B1-B2 Level), any other languages an advantage
