Hotel Receptionist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Night Shift Receptionist to join our team at MEININGER Hotel Köln West. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a host and create a memorable stay for our guests
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs, optimizing hotel occupancy and ensuring a seamless guest experience
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations on local attractions and services
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks, including invoicing, hour registration, and quality checks
  • Regularly check the hotel during the night and ensure the safety of our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to take on occasional tasks in the F&B area

Your Profile:

  • First working experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
  • Outgoing personality and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • People person with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences
  • Team player with a willingness to help colleagues and tackle challenges together
  • Fluent German and English language skills (B1-B2 level or higher)
