Finance Specialist for Corporate Financial Planning

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance and profit development, focusing on production costs in the division wound care, and provide transparent insights to the Head of Operations.
  • Support the Head of Operations as a trusted business partner, accompanying him in his responsibilities for all Division plants.
  • Continuously review results and initiate improvement measures in close collaboration with business partners.
  • Execute standard processes such as planning, forecasting, KPI reporting, and monthly financial statements, and prepare these for the Head of Operations.
  • Work closely with Group Controlling interfaces and be responsible for the further development and standardization of processes and reports for the division.
  • Lead finance-related topics in projects within the division.
  • Guide, coach, and challenge production controllers in the plant.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in business administration with a focus on controlling and/or commercial education with relevant professional experience in an industrial environment.
  • Several years of controlling experience, preferably in production controlling and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Independent, conceptual, and goal-oriented work approach.
  • Profound knowledge of SAP BW/ERP tools and excellent MS Office skills.
  • Very good English and German language skills.
