Finance Specialist for Corporate Financial Planning

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Specialist for Corporate Financial Planning to join our team at PAUL HARTMANN AG. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for analyzing business performance and profit development with a focus on production costs in the division wound care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business performance and profit development with a focus on production costs in the division wound care and create transparency for the Head of Operations.
  • Support the Head of Operations as a business partner and accompany him in his responsibility for all Division plants.
  • Continuous review of results and initiation of improvement measures in close coordination with your business partners.
  • Carrying out standard processes such as planning, forecasts, KPI reporting and monthly financial statements and preparing these for the Head of Operations.
  • You will work closely with your interfaces in Group Controlling and be responsible for the further development and standardization of processes and reports for your division.
  • In projects within the division, you will be in charge of all finance-related topics related to operations.
  • Guidance, coaching and challenging of the production controllers in the plant.

Requirements:

  • Successfully graduated in business administration with a focus on controlling and/or a commercial education with relevant professional experience in an industrial environment.
  • Several years of controlling experience, preferably in the area of production controlling and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Independent, conceptual, and goal-oriented way of working.
  • Profound knowledge of SAP BW/ERP tools and very good MS Office skills.
  • Very good English and German language skills.
