Job Summary
We're seeking a Talent Development Specialist to support the development and implementation of learning and talent management tools. This role will involve working closely with our Talent Management team to identify training needs, organize and implement training measures, and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of learning and talent management tools, including the identification of training needs and the organization of training measures.
- Support and prepare internal communication on staff development offers, including the creation of presentations and research.
- Support the organization with seminars and training courses, including the management of participants, seminars, and trainers.
- Follow-up and evaluation of training events, including the preparation of evaluations and reports.
- Perform administrative work in day-to-day operations, including the management of confidential personal data and information.
Requirements
- Studying (business) psychology with a focus on human resources/organizational development or business administration with a focus on human resources.
- High interest in the fields of learning, personal development, or organizational development, with practical experience in the personnel/training sector.
- Communicative and empathetic personality with a strong interest in the development of talents.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with good analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with personal data and information.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with additional IT skills such as LMS in SuccessFactors.
- Fluency in German and excellent communication skills in English.
