Job Summary

We're seeking a Talent Development Specialist to support the development and implementation of learning and talent management tools. This role will involve working closely with our Talent Management team to identify training needs, organize and implement training measures, and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of learning and talent management tools, including the identification of training needs and the organization of training measures.
  • Support and prepare internal communication on staff development offers, including the creation of presentations and research.
  • Support the organization with seminars and training courses, including participant, seminar, and trainer management.
  • Follow-up and evaluation of training events, including the preparation of evaluations and reports.
  • Perform administrative work in day-to-day operations, including the management of confidential personal data and information.

Requirements

  • You are studying (business) psychology with a focus on human resources/organizational development or business administration with a focus on human resources.
  • You have a high interest in the fields of learning, personal development, or organizational development, and have already gained some practical experience through internships or practical projects in the personnel/training sector.
  • You have a communicative and empathetic personality with a strong interest in the development of talents.
  • You have strong planning and organizational skills and good analytical and conceptual skills.
  • You are absolutely reliable when dealing with confidential personal data and information.
  • You are confident in using the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with additional IT skills such as LMS in SuccessFactors.
  • You are fluent in German and can also communicate very well in English.
