Business Intelligence Analyst for Fashion E-commerce

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to support the growth of our ABOUT YOU Outlet. This exciting role offers you the opportunity to experience first-hand the fast-paced environment of fashion, e-commerce, and tech in an international team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closely collaborate with our data analyst to support her in conducting analyses based on different data sources.
  • Build and maintain custom dashboards using Google BigQuery (e.g., in Google Data Studio).
  • Support on weekly routine tasks related to our pricing and steering.
  • Support the team with recurring analyses and prepare results in a meaningful format suitable to be presented to senior management.
  • Support the business development and tech team with the implementation of new features and technical solutions (e.g., conducting different test scenarios, reporting on bugs, monitoring fixes).

Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a university degree with a strong quantitative focus (e.g., business, business informatics, economics); preferably for at least one more year.
  • Very good English skills.
  • Based in Hamburg.
  • Excellent analytical skills: You should have an interest in and a good understanding of working with data. Previous experience with SQL is advantageous, knowledge of data science-related topics is a plus (e.g., understanding of statistical and machine learning concepts, Python skills).
  • Attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong personality to work in a fast-moving scale-up environment with an intrinsic motivation to actively drive impact in our business.
