Team Lead for Organizational Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support our team in the Organization department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing company-wide principles of corporate culture and organizational development
  • Providing expert advice to internal departments on planned organizational changes, structural goals, and their impact
  • Overseeing cross-functional organizational change projects
  • Being responsible for the work results of the team
  • Representing the Organizational Development team to internal departments, the Autobahn GmbH, and external stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business, social sciences, or public administration, preferably with a focus on personnel and/or organizational development
  • Extensive experience in organizational development or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of project management and leadership, including inter-disciplinary approaches
  • Basic knowledge of adjacent fields such as personnel management, personnel and labor law, and employee participation

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • The ability to think critically and strategically, with a strong desire to shape and improve processes
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate and inspire team members, delegate tasks effectively, and handle conflicts in a reflective manner
  • Proactive behavior, decisiveness, and a strong sense of loyalty and commitment

  • A strong commitment to driving change and innovation, and to promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
