Senior Consultant/Senior Manager Organizational Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant/Senior Manager Organizational Development Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and implementing comprehensive and complex consulting projects in the public sector, focusing on organizational development.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Develop, implement, and strategically lead consulting projects, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address organizational challenges.
- Organizational Analysis: Conduct thorough organizational diagnoses, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Organizational Design: Define and implement organizational structures and processes, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Strategy Development: Advise and support organizations in developing strategic plans, aligning with their future goals.
- Business Development: Acquire new projects and manage key accounts, with a focus on business growth and development.
- Analytical Skills: Possess excellent analytical skills to identify and address organizational challenges.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution competence, and experience in communicating with diverse stakeholders and leadership levels.
- Flexibility: Show high flexibility and adaptability in response to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Professional Experience: Have at least five years of experience in leading and implementing change and organizational development projects, preferably in public administrations or corporate environments.
- Consulting and Coaching Skills: Possess solid systemic change consulting and coaching skills, with experience in handling complex organizational interfaces and conflicts.
- Facilitation and Training Skills: Have a solid background in training and facilitation skills, with experience in designing and conducting workshops and trainings.
- Travel: Be willing to travel occasionally for business purposes.
