The Position
We are seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our core leadership team, driving Inhubber's growth strategy and scaling the company to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of contract management globally.
Your Role
- Develop and lead a growth vision and strategy aligned with Inhubber's mission.
- Identify high-impact growth opportunities and execute on them.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine growth strategies and optimize performance.
- Work closely with the founders to shape and execute global strategies.
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in scaling B2B SaaS companies, ideally as a CGO, CRO, or similar role.
- Experience as a co-founder and familiarity with the process of leading a company through an exit.
- Strong expertise in strategic marketing and sales with a creative, innovative approach.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across teams.
