Sales Manager for MENA Region

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at our site in Roding. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the MENA region, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Managing Director in steering international sales in the business area Tecurity
  • Develop and implement a structured sales strategy to expand sales activities and relationship management internally and externally
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Your Profile:
  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or sales
  • Proven sales experience in international markets, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Fluent business-level knowledge of French, Arabic, and English, both written and spoken
