Sales Director for MENA Region

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at our site in Roding. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the MENA region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the managing director in steering international sales in the business area Tecurity
  • Expand sales activities and relationship management internally and externally using a structured approach
  • Lead new customer acquisition and support existing customer relationships
  • Oversee sales results in worldwide markets for our solutions
  • Lead employees on an international level

Your Profile:

  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or sales
  • First management experience in a sales organization, preferably in capital goods and government business
  • Sales experience in international markets and negotiation skills in government contacts
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding, with the ability to think strategically
  • Confident and convincing appearance as a representative of our company, with a willingness to travel
  • Business fluent knowledge of French, Arabic, and English, both written and spoken
