We are epay, a Euronet Worldwide Company, and we are looking for a skilled Senior IT Business Partner to join our team. As an independent full-service payment provider, we offer a single-interface platform that enables maximum flexibility in the ever-changing payment journey. This way, we connect retailers, brands, and consumers with scalable solutions for gift cards, prepaid, payment, issuing, acquiring, and incentives across all channels and boundaries.

As an IT Business Partner, you will provide strategic HR business partnering for the Munich-based CTO and IT leadership team, advising on HR and employment matters, including people management, performance management, succession planning, and strategic personnel development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating HR key figures and implementing target group-specific measures, collaborating on IT-related learning and development strategies.
  • Proactively supporting HR life cycle processes, focusing on digitalization, process optimization, and developing internal HR standards and guidelines.
  • Closely working with the recruiting team to build scalable recruiting programs, support IT recruitment efforts, and manage personnel costs and budgets.
  • National and international HR key projects, including salary benchmarks and culture and change initiatives.
  • Maintaining HR systems and supporting with workplace design, project, and future strategies.
  • Staying proactively informed about HR trends and tendencies and how they can benefit the organization and ensuring compliance with local legislation, applicable industry standards, and company policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A BA or MA degree in IT, HR, or a related field.
  • HR expertise with at least 8 years of professional experience in various HR functions, including as an HR Business Partner or a comparable position within IT.
  • IT knowledge and understanding of IT environments.
  • Good knowledge of German labor law, tax, and social security regulations.
  • Familiarity with proven and innovative human resources management concepts and methods.
  • Proficiency in MS O365, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.

  • Organized and reliable, with an independent and conscientious work style.
  • Affinity with numbers and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English, and fluency in German and other languages would be a plus.
  • Experienced with Jira or similar project management tools would be a plus.
