We are a scale-up company with multiple offices across Europe, continuously seeking talented team players to help shape the future of e-commerce logistics. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving our growth and success.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will serve as the primary interface between our fulfillment warehouse and the business, based out of the warehouse itself and traveling to our Berlin office on a regular basis to collaborate with central teams.
  • You will support our partner in daily operations using byrd warehouse management, ticketing, and data analysis systems.
  • You will facilitate project scoping and implementation by liaising between byrd central teams and the partner warehouse.
  • You will be the eyes and ears of the byrd Supply Chain team on-site, providing clarity and facts to problem-solving discussions.
  • You will assist the Supply Chain team in optimizing processes in collaboration with other byrd departments (mainly tech and commercial teams).
  • You will coordinate special fulfillment requests from customers.
  • You will plan warehouse and fulfillment capacities together with our central network management team.
  • You will ensure the proper integration of new customers into a partner warehouse, collaborating with the customer onboarding team.
  • You will guarantee that the partner warehouse meets byrd SLA targets (inbound and outbound) and adheres to byrd fulfillment standards.
  • You will conduct training for the partner warehouse when introducing new WMS features.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics (warehouse management, operations management, etc.). Prior experience as a shift manager/supervisor is advantageous.
  • Natural motivator who excels at inspiring others.
  • Strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a talent for conducting and driving complex process analysis.
  • Able to think critically and act decisively in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexible working hours, including occasional overtime and Saturday shifts, which require adequate notice.

Your Compensation

Enjoy a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
