Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Security and Governance, der unsere IT-Sicherheit und -governance weiterentwickeln und stärken möchte. Als wichtiger Teil unseres Teams werden Sie die Sicherheit und Compliance unserer IT-Systeme sicherstellen und unsere Risiken minimieren.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Die Erhebung und Umsetzung von internen Vorgaben und externen Regulatorik
  • Die Etablierung von Führungs- und Organisationsstrukturen sowie Prozessen
  • Die Übernahme von Process Owner Rollen (Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Identitymanagement)
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Konzernfunktionen der Zurich Group Deutschland zur Sicherstellung der internen und externen Vorgaben
  • Die Koordination und Bearbeitung von internen und externen Audits zu regulatorischen Themenkomplexen
  • Der Austausch mit dem Vorstand der Real Garant AG und dem Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft
  • Die Planung, Prüfung, Umsetzung und Verbesserung der IT-Sicherheit der Real Garant
  • Der Austausch mit der zweiten Verteidigungslinie zur Umsetzung der Anforderungen an die Informationssicherheit
  • Die Minimierung von Risiken durch geeignete Maßnahmen
  • Die fachliche und disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung für das Team
Voraussetzungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Governance und IT-Security
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der IT-bezogenen Normen und Regulatorik sowie die damit einhergehenden Fachzertifizierungen
  • Führungskompetenz, Konfliktmanagement und Stakeholdermanagement
  • Pragmatische Herangehensweise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
