Your Responsibilities
  • Overseeing administrative functions and project/system upkeep
  • Generating invoices for clients
  • Supporting planning and various operational tasks
  • Engaging in project activities and assisting in preparation
  • Registering new clients and managing data
Your Qualifications
  • Completed commercial training or a comparable degree
  • Experience in administrative support and project coordination
  • Organized, responsible, and customer-focused
  • Quick learner with a commitment to team success
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
