About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Livestream & Video Producer to join our team at Gen Re. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing trends and technologies in live and video productions within the context of training and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with specialists from different Gen Re branches to define requirements for live streaming and video-based learning solutions.
  • Design, technical implementation, and post-production of live stream and video productions in our studio.
  • Develop compelling solutions for integrating video content and animations into web-based training together with our training specialists.
  • Oversee the user management and advancements of our learning management system, with a focus on great customer service.
  • Contribute expertise, intercultural competence, and project management skills to interdisciplinary projects.

About You

We are looking for a media designer or event technician with a creative mind and a talent for visuals. You should have substantial experience in streaming and video production, and possibly in web-based training. Your forte is working under time pressure, and you couple conceptual strength in media design with comprehensive knowledge of editing, camera operation, as well as light and sound design.

Requirements

  • University degree or professional training in media design or a related field.
  • Experience in streaming and video production, and possibly in web-based training.
  • Proficiency in post-production, animation, and image editing, mastering the tools of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Fluency in English and ability to thrive as an international project manager.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
