We are seeking a highly skilled Livestream & Video Content Creator to join our team at Gen Re. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for our training and education programs.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and assess trends and technologies in live and video productions to inform our training and education strategies.
- Collaborate with specialists from different Gen Re branches to define requirements for live streaming and video-based learning solutions.
- Design, implement, and post-produce live stream and video productions in our studio, ensuring high-quality content that meets our standards.
- Develop compelling solutions for integrating video content and animations into web-based training, working closely with our training specialists.
- Oversee user management and advancements of our learning management system, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Contribute expertise, intercultural competence, and project management skills to interdisciplinary projects, driving collaboration and innovation.
- You hold a degree in media design, event technology, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
- You have a creative mind and a talent for visual storytelling.
- You bring substantial experience in streaming and video production, as well as web-based training.
- You excel under time pressure and can adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities.
- You possess comprehensive knowledge of editing, camera operation, lighting, and sound design, as well as expertise in creating compelling audiovisual content using the NewTek Tricaster.
- You are proficient in post-production, animation, and image editing, mastering the tools of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- You have prior experience with learning management systems and can quickly learn new software and technologies.
- You are fluent in English and thrive in an international project management environment.
- You excel in teamwork and contribute to outstanding work results with your input.
