Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials within our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of shipments, including the creation of shipping documents and the coordination of transportation arrangements.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels and that any discrepancies are promptly addressed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
