Logistics Coordinator

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Planung und Koordination von Transport- und Logistikdienstleistungen unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenanfragen, Verfügbarkeit von Ressourcen und Zeitplänen.
  • Kommunikation mit Fahrern, Kunden und Lieferanten, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Transporte sicherzustellen.
  • Überwachung und Aktualisierung von Transportaufträgen sowie Dokumentation von Lieferungen.
  • Lösung von Transportproblemen und Umgang mit unvorhergesehenen Ereignissen wie Staus oder Ausfällen.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Richtlinien im Bereich Transport und Logistik.
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen in der Disposition.
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Logistik, Spedition oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Berufserfahrung als Disponent oder in einer ähnlichen Position von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Transportlogistik und Disposition von Fahrzeugen.
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld effizient zu arbeiten.
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist.
  • Eigenständige Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und deadlines einzuhalten.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
