Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Service Technician to join our team and provide top-notch maintenance services for our customers' intralogistics systems. The ideal candidate will have completed training in electrical or mechatronics engineering and possess basic PLC programming knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve faults, perform repairs, and undertake significant upgrades to customers' intralogistics systems.
  • Carry out regular maintenance and offer on-site support for customer systems.
  • Assist with commissioning new systems and ensure seamless transitions from projects to ongoing service.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers on spare parts management.
  • Advise customers on maintaining and upgrading their systems.

Requirements & Expectations:

  • Strong understanding of customer needs and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a team player with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently and interest in dynamic on-site work.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
