In this role, you will be in charge of ensuring that warehousing and shipping operations are executed in a safe, timely and efficient manner. This is a key position in the logistics team of ABB AG Instrumentation Minden. You will lead by example, following all established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle and dispatch goods in the warehouse to ensure seamless dispatch of goods.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the warehousing operations (including picking, loading and dispatching)
- Maintaining complete and accurate data in the ERP system
- Ensuring daily contact with forwarders to prepare for expected deliveries and ensure required resources are available
- Monitoring and ensuring of delivery reliability
- Customs clearance of consignments sent to third countries
- Organizing collections from ABB suppliers
- Preparing supplier declarations and Intrastat reports

**Your background**:

- A commercial apprenticeship with at least 3 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of SAP desirable
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
- An excellent knowledge of German and a high level of written and spoken English
