Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer

Key Responsibilities

As Chief of Staff to the CPO, you will play a critical role in supporting the Product Division's strategic goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with the CPO to identify and prioritize critical projects
  • Developing and executing operational and strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Providing analytical support to inform management decisions
  • Preparing high-quality content for presentations and meetings
  • Facilitating cross-functional project management and coordination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed university degree in business or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a consulting and/or corporate development/strategy environment
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and German (a plus)
