- Shift Left Approach: Implement a shift left approach to identify power reduction opportunities from system level to implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and translate product requirements into best-in-class design and implementation flows.
- Next-Generation Project Demands: Understand next-generation project demands for power and define a roadmap for upcoming methodology and flow enhancements.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the first point of contact for all power-related topics for system, architecture, design, and implementation.
- Strategy and Automation: Develop strategies and create automation for new tool qualifications and component testing to provide the latest features to Infineon users.
- Problem-Solving: Dive deep into complex problems and proactively analyze and solve problems of high complexity using your global expert network.
- Emerging Trends and Technologies: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, maintaining relations with universities for innovation.
- Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the digital flow and methodology and strong power know-how, plus knowledge about the EDA landscape (software vendors).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
- Proactive and Self-Driven Attitude: Proactive and self-driven attitude to collect requirements from users and identify needs, collaborate, and be accountable.
- Conflict Resolution: Experience with conflict resolution, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and multitask effectively.
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate and present complex topics in a tangible way to technical audiences and management.
- Leadership and Multicultural Teams: Experience in technical leading multicultural teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Strong English communication skills are a must, German language is a plus.
